The 9s score
What nines do you have?
Every Site Check ends with a 9s score, our own rating out of 9. Your site starts at 9 and loses points for each problem we confirm: more for ones that stop a visitor, less for ones that only look rough. Every point lost is a point you can win back.
It's our own scale. It isn't an uptime percentage, and it doesn't measure security or load.

Questions
What is a Site Check?
We go through your website like a visitor would, from the first page to the thing you want them to do, and review the rest of the site. You get a 9s score and every unlock we found, each with a yearly value and the key to fix it.
Is this just a checkout test?
No. Checkout is one part. We also look at offer clarity, trust, speed, phones, search, broken pages and missed upsells.
What if my site doesn't sell anything?
We value unlocks in whatever number your business runs on: bookings, signups, rentals or audience.
How do you put a dollar value on an unlock?
When we can measure it, we estimate it from public numbers and live prices, set low, with every input in the appendix. When we can't, we write an "if" figure and state the assumption. "If" figures are never added up.
What's the free key?
One easy fix from your report, free, before you buy anything. That holds whether we reached out to you or you asked through this site.
Why does the price depend on what you find?
A site with small unlocks shouldn't pay what a site with big ones pays. The price comes from measured unlocks only.
How long does it take?
Your report arrives within 48 hours of us confirming your request.
What if the report isn't worth it?
Tell us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
Do I need a Site Check first?
No. You can start Site Watch on its own, add it right after your Site Check, or add it any time later.
Do you need logins or test accounts?
Only if part of your site sits behind a login. For payments we use test mode or a test card, never a real one. Staging sites are fine if we can reach them. Share a temporary password you can change afterwards.
Can I send a client's site?
Yes, if the client has said OK. For agency or reseller work, talk to us.
Is this a security audit?
No. We don't test for hacking or security holes.
What happens to my data?
We store what you send in this form (email, site, and notes) in Cloudflare D1 so we can reply. We do not sell it or use ad trackers. Email [email protected] to have it deleted.
